Refund policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and if you aren’t, that’s okay we are here to help. You can contact us anytime via our email at brooke@littlepalmprints.com.au

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn/used with all tags and packaging attached.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swim accessories, Bbcino cups, teething toys or swimwear.

Items must be returned within 30 days for a store credit. All return postage costs will be at your expense.

Seasonal Items (Christmas and Easter ) are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless they are faulty.

We do not offer any returns or refunds on sale items, this includes any mid season sales or discount codes greater than 10% off. 

You may return your online purchase to our physical store for an exchange/credit voucher or post it back to our online store. Postage is non-refundable. The costs to return items to our store is incurred by the customer.
